PlayStation has just unveiled its highly anticipated 30th Anniversary Collection, featuring limited edition designs that pay homage to the original console that launched on December 3, 1994. This special collection is a heartfelt celebration of the passion and support from fans and game developers that have fuelled PlayStation's remarkable journey.
The 30th Anniversary Collection incorporates the iconic colour scheme of the original PlayStation, seamlessly integrating it into the latest PS5 hardware. This nostalgic design aims to evoke fond memories for long-time fans while introducing new players to the legacy of PlayStation.
Limited Edition Offerings:
The collection includes several exclusive products, each available in highly limited quantities:
1. PlayStation 5 Pro Console – 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle
This bundle features a limited edition PS5 Pro console with a 2TB SSD and Wi-Fi 7 compatibility.
It comes with matching accessories, including a DualSense wireless controller, DualSense Edge wireless controller, DualSense Charging Station, and a Console Cover (Disc Drive sold separately). Additionally, collectors will receive a Vertical Stand and special items such as an original PlayStation controller-style cable connector housing, PlayStation Shapes cable ties, and a limited-edition PlayStation poster.
2. PlayStation 5 Digital Edition – 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle
This bundle includes a limited edition PS5 Digital Edition console with a 1TB SSD and matching accessories, along with collector's items similar to those found in the Pro Console bundle.
