Known industry leaker Tom Henderson has announced that his sources have told him that Ubisoft will be announcing Rainbow Six Siege Mobile next month. It's being developed in collaboration with Tencent and WeGame. This news comes after months of speculation and rumours relating to the game potentially coming to mobile devices.
In 2021, Ubisoft targeted a survey towards mobile gamers about how familiar they are with Rainbow Six Siege. Tencent also released its 2021 fourth quarterly earnings call yesterday which includes “Projects with Ubisoft” under the 2023 timeline. This would mean the Rainbow Six Siege Mobile should be expected for release next year.
Henderson states Ubisoft will be revealing the Rainbow Six Siege Mobile game on April 6th next month. There's no official news yet about a mobile version of the game from Ubisoft. If his sources are correct then we can expect to be hearing a lot more about it very soon.
