A new report from VentureBeat about the upcoming Dead Space remake claims EA has delayed the game into next year. This seems to be due to an internal delay which has not yet been specified however, the remake “continues to impress people internally”.
The report states EA was planning to release the Dead Space remake in October though the company never revealed a release period for it. Motive Studios is the developer of the remake and the team has also been keeping details hidden from the public for now. News about the upcoming remake has been extremely limited so far.
According to the new report, the Dead Space remake will be releasing in early 2023. Motive Studios recently held a broadcast on March 11th focusing on the audio development of the remake which can be found on the official YouTube channel here.
